The analysis reveals that the research area of sustainable crafts has experienced exponential growth, particularly in response to the Sustainable Development Goals. The study also examines the main thematic areas of research, the most productive authors, institutions, and countries, and the top journals in the field. Additionally, it explores current and future research topics in sustainable crafts, including local sustainability, resource management, and social sustainability.
